Group Discount? Easiest way to register a group? 
Your group registers and pays online on the regular registration page with a credit card. The free attendee needs to select the “Invoice Me” option on the Payment page (rather than entering any credit card info). His/her balance will be zeroed out within 24 hours after we receive payment from the four paying attendees.

 

What’s the cancellation/substitution policy? 

Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute a cancellation. Should you need to cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing.

Cancellations received:

  • By March 18, 2016 will be be fully refunded (no cancellation charge);
  • Between March 19 and April 01, 2016 are subject to a $400 cancellation charge;
  • After April 01, 2016 will not be entitled to a credit or refund.

Substitutions may be made at any time. 

 

Not sure what Workshop/Tutorial/Seminar to pick, do I have to decide now? Can I change my selection?

You do need to pre-select a workshop, tutorial and seminar because we provide printed materials for those sessions. Regular conference sessions are “come and go” as you please.

Changing your selection:

  • Either log back into your account using the password you created when registering and change your selection, OR
  • Send us an email and we can update your registration record for you.

If you want to decide later, select the “Undecided” option.

 

What Meals Are Included?

Registration includes:

  • Continental Breakfast
  • Lunch (Monday –Thursday)
  • Coffee Breaks
  • Exhibit Reception (Tuesday)

*Only included on the specific days that you are registered for.

Please be sure to let us know ahead of time if you have any special meal requirements.

 

Proceedings? What materials do I take home?

Will I still get the non-attendee proceedings if I attend the conference or do I have to purchase that separately?

  • The conference proceedings are included with your registration and you will receive them when you check in on-site. You do not need to purchase it separately, unless you need to buy additional licenses.

Do the proceedings include audio / video? 

  • No, the proceedings go into production prior to the conference, so it will not include the audio or video from the conference. It does include protected-PDF files of most speaker’s PPT presentations and sponsor white papers.
