It’s not uncommon for MDM projects to take years to complete and go well over budget. One of the major causes is that unknown conditions are often not identified during the pre-implementation planning exercises, resulting in the rework of large portions of the project. The way to avoid this situation is to apply full production analytics prior to undertaking the MDM implementation.

In this session, attendees will learn about what full production analytics are, the key components, and use cases where they can be applied. Attendees will also learn how full-production analytics, which are quickly produced in the MDM planning stage, allow organizations to de-risk MDM projects, minimize implementation time and cost, and accelerate ROI.
