She holds a Ph.D. in linguistics and has experience in taxonomy development, implementation of information management systems, records and information management program assessment and design, project management, business analysis, and product naming.

Jenny Ammerman is an information management Consulting Manager with experience in consulting, program leadership, data gathering and analysis, records retention, program assessment and strategy design, and file plan and taxonomy development. Jenny participates in the creation and implementation of professional, enterprise-wide records management programs that improve information access, reduce costs, and manage risk.
