Executives and managers constantly look for ways to positively effect improvements in organizational and IT agility. Enterprise Architects can be at the tip of the spear for meaningful organizational transformation and accretive value generation. The ability to ignite innovation and bring ideation to reality faster is what will differentiate Enterprise Architects from the business as usual process. There are some realities of ensuring compliance with policies and procedures that need to be maintained. This presentation will demonstrate how Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance approaches can intersect to transition from strategy to architectural blueprint to implementation, while still ensuring compliance with Data Governance expectations. Further, this presentation will suggest some real life examples and frameworks that have been successfully used to better integrate Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance processes.
